With 40 plus years’ experience in the Real Estate industry across both Australia and New Zealand, Eric has had an impressive career with a strong background in Sales, Project Management, Property Management and Office Ownership/Management since 1986. Eric has been involved in numerous major sales throughout his career and has negotiated and sold residential and commercial properties ranging in price from properties priced as low as $10,000 to in excess of $110,000,000.
In New Zealand Eric has owned and operated real estate offices in St Heliers, Remuera, Howick and Pukekohe in Auckland and also Pokeno in the Waikato under other brands. However, having sold his offices in 2019 he is now working with First National assisting his salespeople and clients.
Eric has been an Agent Licensee since 1986 and has led his teams to success in both Australia and New Zealand winning many awards for his office’s salespeople and himself over the course of his career. He is also a successful and entertaining Auctioneer.
