With an 18 Year Corporate Broking background, Paul brings the skillset of negotiation to the fore, commonly referred to as ‘The Dealmaker’ in the office.

He will strike common balance to achieve harmonious results with total professionalism with Vendor and Purchaser. Combined 13 years of Property management and Real Estate proves he has the know-how and can do attitude to make it work. Over 16 years as a Volunteer in Emergency Services with Search & Rescue (Nelson) and A local Fire Fighter (Kirwee now Spencerville) and avid Adventure Bike Rider.

Paul is married to Sue and mainly enjoys his 3 children living in Christchurch City. Paul has unique ability to get sales ‘over the line’ with an energy and passion for success, and this shows in his results over many years of continued performance.
